Installation follows an approved scope and a separately confirmed date, subject to safe access and weather.
A scheduling request is an estimate request, not a booked installation. Holiday lighting receives a custom estimate; it is separate from the cleaning Instant Quote calculator.

Can I request a preferred date now?
Yes. Choose an estimate visit and share your holiday deadline in the appointment form. We will contact you to review the property and confirm availability.
Are lights, maintenance and takedown included?
Your written estimate will identify exactly what is included, who owns the lights, how maintenance is handled and when removal occurs. Storage arrangements are confirmed before approval.
Can you light any roof or tree?
We review access, height, attachment surfaces and electrical supply before accepting a project. Some designs may require different access equipment or a revised scope.
Can I combine lighting with exterior cleaning?
Ask us about completing exterior cleaning before installation. The services are scoped and priced separately; holiday lighting is excluded from PRIDE250 and does not count toward its qualifying subtotal.
Do you offer permanent lighting?
This page covers seasonal holiday lighting. Permanent lighting is not currently offered through this service.
